Patrick Beck
Pat has 7 years experience in structural and geotechnical design and investigations. This experience ranges from residential new construction to concrete restoration to inspecting the installation of deep foundations. This knowledge of both structural and geotechnical disciplines provides a unique perspective on building projects.
Pat was raised on the East Coast of Florida and moved to Tampa to attend the University of South Florida. While attending USF, Pat met his wife, Larissa, and together they decided to start a family in Tampa. Pat and Larissa live in Tampa with their young daughter Penelope. They enjoy regularly attending the USF Bulls football games.
Derek Pizor
Derek has been in the construction industry for the past 10 years and has been an engineer for the past 3 years. Having been in the construction industry prior to becoming an engineer allows for a greater understanding of how things come together in the field versus on a drawing, which allows for better designs for easier construction.
Derek was raised around the Tampa area and moved to Orlando to attend college at University of Central Florida, UCF. Derek has since bought a house in Wesley Chapel and married his wife, Julie. Derek and Julie enjoy the great outdoors and try to go tent camping at least once a year.
